All Warranties will only cover manufacturer faults. Lifetime Warranty guarantee covers any manufacturer faults relating to the specific part which was originally repaired. If the part is deemed faulty by an authorized Smart Phones Hospital technician we will replace the part within a reasonable timeframe. If it found that the device has been physically or liquid damaged warranty will be automatically voided.
Liquid Damaged Repairs are subject to a non refundable deposit of $49. This fee covers the labour costs during the initial treatment process. Please note that all liquid damaged repairs do NOT carry any additional warranty. Assessment Fees are applicable to all repairs booked in through Smart Phones Hospital. A non-refundable fee of $49 will be charged prior to a technician assessing your device. Once the final quote is accepted the $49 assessment fee will be deducted from the final price. If you decide not to go ahead with the final quote the assessment fee will cover the initial labour costs.
Smart Phones Hospital will NOT be held liable for any damages or losses incurred during repairs including loss of data or any faults not reported before or after repairs are carried out. Loan Devices will be provided subject to availability. A $100 deposit must be left in exchange for your loan device. This deposit will be refunded upon return of your loan device in the same condition it was loaned in. If the loan device is not returned or returned damaged the $100 deposit will be used to cover the cost of replacing the loan device. Uncollected Devices left for longer than 90 days from the original booking will be disposed. Privacy and personal information provided including passwords will be used strictly for servicing and repairs by an authorized technician of Smart Phones Hospital.
